An extremely passionate team of five radiant women, we are always enthusiastic about staying fit and healthy. During our time at the university, we shared a common purpose that we had all dreamed about achieving individually. After a prolonged period of dedicated research on health issues and ways to cure them, we decided to come together and put forth this blog as a forum for people to seek physical as well as mental comfort.

To cut a long story short, exercise brings us a pleasure that no other amusement in the world can. We remember participating in all the sports events held at our university, yet terribly failing in some of them…Haha! We may not have been the best athletes in the campus, but winning those events was not something that we aimed for. Keeping ourselves healthy had been the prime goal of our lives and participating in those events had brought the five of us together. Meeting like-minded fitness enthusiasts is like collecting a rare gem, so we didn’t let our dreams go down the drain! Being physically active is something we really value in our lives, and we shall continue to write about various tips and tricks we have learned along our journey to kickstart your course of life to a vigorous and healthy one!
