Romantic Weekend Getaway Ideas

  • Take a trip to a nearby beach town. This can be a great way to reconnect and spend quality time together. Take walks on the shore, enjoy the sun and sand, and enjoy the views.
  • A visit to a spa could make a great weekend plan. Search “spas for massages and facial near me in Pittsburgh, PA” to find some of the great options for you and your partner, should that be where you’re currently living. There’s nothing like unwinding and letting go of your stresses by indulging in some rejuvenating massages and facials over the weekend. This makes for quality time spent too!
  • If we’re looking for something a little more unique, consider visiting a farm or vineyard. Wine tasting is always an enjoyable experience, and seeing the countryside while doing it is simply charming. In terms of farms, you could visit an apple farm, or strawberry farm, or pick lavender at Hereward Farms and more. You could also plan a nice intimate dinner or a photoshoot while you’re there.
  • Another great option is to take in a Broadway show. This can be fun as a couple and will leave us with amazing memories. If Broadway isn’t my thing, plenty of other theaters across the United States offer great shows all year long.
  • A visit to a winery could be a fun and relaxing experience. Wandering through the vineyards and tasting different wines is a great way to unwind. Many of them, like this California winery, also tend to host live music or other special events, creating a unique dating experience.

No matter what kind of activity we choose, we ensure plenty of time for hanging out together. Whether taking walks on the beach or shopping at our favorite local store, spending time alone with our loved ones is always special.
